These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Workflow Dock products and this website.

Products

Workflow Dock sells digital workflow kits, templates, documentation, and examples for developers. Agent Handoff Kit is an independent developer workflow product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cursor, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or any other third-party tool provider.

License

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a Workflow Dock product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own development workflow or internal business workflow.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly publish, or repackage the product files as your own product.
• You may not use the product for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for checking whether the workflow fits your own environment, accounts, tools, and compliance obligations.

No guaranteed results

Workflow Dock products are practical workflow materials. They do not guarantee income, cost savings, tool compatibility, platform approval, or specific business results.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because the products are digital materials, refund eligibility may depend on the payment platform, product access status, and the reason for the request.

Support is provided by email at sgyhmsly@gmail.com. Support does not include custom implementation, managed services, or production system administration unless separately agreed.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
